I've been taking it for about 3 weeks and my hot flashes are just as persistent as ever -- 3-4 times a night in which I wake up unbearably hot and sweaty, and intermittently throughout the day. The packages suggests it may take 5-6 weeks to work, so I'm going to finish up the package but I'm less than hopeful. I am one of the lucky women that have hot flashes all the time, and would literally be soaked in my clothes. So, the help with that is very important to me. I'm not known as being the sweetest natured person to begin with. So, the help with my cranky meanness, is a important for every single person that comes in contact with me. <br /> <br />The only down side, it takes a few weeks for the helping effects to kick in.
