This is the only product beside prescription hormone treatments that gives me any relief from the hated hot flashes & extreme snarkiness. I am one of the lucky women that have hot flashes all the time, and would literally be soaked in my clothes. So, the help with that is very important to me. I’m not known as being the sweetest natured person to begin with. So, the help with my cranky meanness, is a important for every single person that comes in contact with me.
The only down side, it takes a few weeks for the helping effects to kick in.

This product was recommended to me by a natural foods store. I’ve been taking it for about 3 weeks and my hot flashes are just as persistent as ever — 3-4 times a night in which I wake up unbearably hot and sweaty, and intermittently throughout the day. The packages suggests it may take 5-6 weeks to work, so I’m going to finish up the package but I’m less than hopeful. Also, I’m going to add 400 iu Vitamin E to my regimen; some research suggests this will help. Happy hot flashing!

I am 42 and have been struggling with these intense “PMS” mood swings for about the last 2 years. Many of my same-age friends were experiencing a similar “out of body” experience every month. Then one friend who is a bit older (and having been thru this, a bit wiser) recommended this product. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical at first, but I was also very frustrated with doctors trying to put me on Lexipro and other anti-depressants (I felt this should be a last resort, not a first resort) and very guilt-ridden about the mood swings my family had to endure each month. So I decided to follow my friend’s advice and try this product. Well I have been on it for about a month now and have made it thru a PMS week without the bizarre mood swings I usually experience. I would say that so far I am a satisfied customer! For all of those women out there who are struggling with changing hormone levels, try it and see if it works for you. You’re worth it and your family is worth it!

No gimmick here: it really works for me. It solved my hot flashes problem completely. One interesting note for me is that I get a really deep sleep full of fun dreams when I take the PM pill.
