A friend recommended the Menopausal formula, so I ordered through EarthTurns via Amazon and within two days of taking it, I was sleeping through the night. I am amazed at the difference. I do notice that when I am out and it is time for the second dosage (once in the morning, once at dinner), my hot flashes start back slow...it is kind of a reminder that I have not taken the [I call them] vitamins.
